The project TrainSME aims at improving the vocational training system in small and micro enterprises by providing innovative and adoptable tools for the assessment of training needs and guidelines for the implementation of vocational training programs particularly in micro enterprises.
In general the project also aims at raising awareness about the chances throughout vocational training specifically in micro enterprises, reflecting their specific situation. TrainSME aims at fostering the innovation potential of enterprises by needs oriented vocational training programs.
The strategic aim of the project in the medium term is the improvement of the innovation potential of small and micro enterprises which is a key factor of success and important to survive in the globalised economy.
