Fifth local stakeholder meeting

The fifth Austrian local stakeholder meeting took place online on the 4th of November 2021, from 10:00 to 11:00 p.m. at Volksliedwerk Steiermark.

Goals of the meeting:
•    To introduce the project
•    To discuss and select items for filming
•    To shoot video sequences

 

Fourth local stakeholder meeting

The fourth Austrian local stakeholder meeting took place on the 19th of October 2021, from 14:00 to 15:00 in Schloss Eggenberg.

Third local stakeholder meeting

The third Austrian local stakeholder meeting took place online on the 11th of August 2021, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Goals of the meeting:
•    To introduce the project
•    To inform about the Intellectual Outputs and the elaboration of the videos
•    To share insights gained from LTTA1
•    To discuss further steps
Five participants took part in the meeting: Two staff members from MERIG and three stakeholders from different areas within the fields of cultural heritage and training:
•    The head of the department Folk Life from the Folk Life Museum Graz and the Open-Air Museum Stübing (exhibition of historic buildings from the various federal states of Austria)
•    A teacher from HTBLA Kaindorf, a Polytechnic College
•    A business consultant and researcher from ZC Unternehmensberatung
We have contacted several other stakeholders. However, due to the holiday season they were not able to attend the meeting. We have sent them information on the project and will contact them later on.
After the welcoming address of Johann Laister, the director of MERIG, and a short introduction round, Ursula Pretterhofer (MERIG, project manager) presented the project according to:

•    Project partners
•    Project activities
•    Further information on the elaboration of the videos
•    Results of LTTA1
•    Next steps
We had a vivid discussion with old and new stakeholders. The project was perceived as very interesting and inspiring. There was a special interest in the dissemination activities to spread the results of the project and the visibility of the project results, also in the long-term. The representative of the Folk Life Museum Graz is also responsible for all agendas of the Open-Air Museum Stübing. So we can add two further sites for filming to our list. We also discussed possible scenarios for filming and the timetable.

 

Second local stakeholder meeting
The second Austrian local stakeholder meeting took place online on the 20th of May 2021, from
3 to 4 p.m.
Goals of the meeting:
• To introduce the project
• To inform about the Intellectual Outputs and the elaboration of the videos
• To share results of the training activity
• To discuss further steps
Six participants took part in the meeting: Two staff members from MERIG and four stakeholders
from different areas within the fields of cultural heritage and training:
• A project manager from Kunsthaus Graz, a local museum, responsible for international
cooperations
• The director of Steirisches Volksliedwerk, Styrian Folk Song
• A teacher from HTBLA Kaindorf, a Polytechnic College
• A business consultant and researcher from ZC Unternehmensberatung
Additional stakeholders have been registered for the event, but were not able to participate.
They have been informed about the meeting via e-mail and personal consultations.

Two new stakeholders took part in the meeting, they have been introduced to the project. All
participants were enthusiastic about the project. They appreciated the wide-spread information
they received on the topic of cultural heritage and they were also very interested in the presentation
of the training activities. Some time was dedicated to discuss the content of the future
videos. Furthermore, an approximate timetable has been fixed.

 

First local stakeholder meeting
The first Austrian local stakeholder meeting took place online on the 10th of March
2021, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Eleven participants took part in the meeting: Two staff
members from MERIG and nine stakeholders from different areas within the fields of
education, training and culture. Additional five stakeholders have been registered for
the event, but were not able to participate. They have been informed about the meeting
via e-mail and personal consultations.
After the welcoming address of Johann Laister, the director of MERIG, and a short

• 8 stakeholder meetings
In the following discussion the stakeholders confirmed their interest in the project activities.
Some suggestions on subjects and places of filming were made. Everybody
was looking forward to being continually updated about the progress of the project.
Furthermore, stakeholders were informed about the online LTTA to be held from April
6th to 8th 2021 online and asked if they wanted to participate.
